Designing Exhibition Spaces in Milan

ExpoDesign takes care of every single detail of designing a stand in Milan, through a precise and well-detailed work schedule. The first step the company takes is contacting the customer, who comes up with an already defined idea of the stand project he intends to realise. Since the stand is to be set up in a precise geographical location, the customer already has the space available in mind and shows it in detail by means of a plan ofthe concerned areaAnd, in addition, he is required from the outset to specify in detail the display and aesthetic requirements of his dream stand, so that the design of the work is not left to chance.

We design the stand best suited to your needs

Therefore, starting from the floor plan of the area and the client's specific requirements, the company defines a project for the layout of the space, furniture elements and graphics that will characterise the final stand. At the start of the work, Expodesign is also able to provide its customer with a targeted estimate for the desired project, always guaranteeing an excellent quality/price ratio.

SUPPORT AT EVERY STEP.

Exhibition Stand Design

The design of a stand consists of several phases, which are essential in the work schedule to which ExpoDesign faithfully refers. The first phase is linked to knowledge of the customer and the event itself.Every project starts with a phase of getting to know the person the company is dealing with, their ideas and aesthetic preferences regarding the realisation, the final objective they would like to achieve.

An in-depth knowledge of the event for which the project is intended is also indispensable: where it will take place, underlying themes and values, organisational and logistical requirements, as well as the individual characteristics that each stand must have (space, measurements, dimensions). The second phase concernsobtaining permits for the installation of the stand: these include permission to install structures or supports from the ceiling if the event takes place in an enclosed space. This is also the phase in which company and client receive specific instructions from the event organising body and in which, above all, the entire bureaucratic process is handled.

From idea to exhibition stand installation

Once the draft of the final design has been finalised in detail, the company starts planning the installation through 3D renderingIncreasingly exploited by companies, it is a realistic simulation of an architectural design through a 3D model. Through this modern technology, the idea behind the project is thus visually displayed, observing it in all its details as if the project were physically in front of our eyes.

We think of every detail for your stand design

Once the planning stages have been completed, we move on to the actual set-up of the stand in the desired geographical area. Every element of the structure, from the carpentry-worked wooden components to the instrumentation, from the furniture to the lighting, is transferred to the event site through an accurate logistics and transport service that ExpoDesign provides. The company accompanies the staff every step of the way, including the delicate phase of assembling the structure and its subsequent dismantlingonce the event has taken place. Nothing is left to chance and all the steps are planned with extreme care, to provide the client with a customised service in line with their exhibition and aesthetic preferences.
